This particular business client had no organizational system in place. A new productive system was developed for:


1. Daily Action Files: Designated files for employer's desk

2. File Cabinet:
- developed new employee files
- overhead file for blank customer forms
- overhead personal filing system

3. Desk Area
- more working space (relocating printer)
- could now utilize table for meetings


Results: Client was able to be more productive with:
- employees: by easily finding things; no wasted time
- customers: finding forms when needed
- new employees: developed new system for hiring
- himself: having more time to do strategic planning
